Ingredients
  

  • 4 ripe tomatoes chopped and seeded
  • 2 jalapenos chopped and seeded
  • 1 onion chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • ½ tsp sea salt more if needed
  • 1 lime juiced

Instructions
 

  • Place all chopped ingredients in a festive non-reactive bowl
  • Add salt and lime juice
  • Stir and serve

Notes

We have many great salsas to choose from in SoCal!  But it’s nice to mix up a bowl of fresh Pico.
Great for dipping chips, topping tacos, making a quick guacamole, or mixing into scrambled eggs, Pico de Gallo is a staple you’ll want to keep on hand in your fridge!
