Pico de Gallo
It doesn't get much easier than this!
Equipment
Ingredients
- 4 ripe tomatoes chopped and seeded
- 2 jalapenos chopped and seeded
- 1 onion chopped
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ½ tsp sea salt more if needed
- 1 lime juiced
Instructions
- Place all chopped ingredients in a festive non-reactive bowl
- Add salt and lime juice
- Stir and serve
