- 1 Store-bought rotisserie chicken shredded
- juice of half a lemon
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup "Major Grey" Chutney
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup seedless red grapes sliced in half
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- ½ cup red onion chopped
- ⅓ cup shelled pistachios
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl
- refrigerate until serving
