Ingredients
  

  • 1 Store-bought rotisserie chicken shredded
  • juice of half a lemon
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup "Major Grey" Chutney
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes sliced in half
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • ½ cup red onion chopped
  • cup shelled pistachios
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl
  • refrigerate until serving

Notes

This fast, light chicken salad makes a great picnic dish!  Pack in air tight containers for easy transport.
Try chicken salad sandwiches on croissants.  Or serve on top of savory waffles as a twist on brunch.
