  • 3 cups Sugar snap peas stems removed
  • ¾ cups Radishes cut into quarters
  • 2 tbsp Sesame oil
  • tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • ¼ tsp Sea salt
  • ½ tsp Hot red pepper flakes


  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve.


This is a great, crunchy side dish to serve ate picnics and BBQs. It’s also very refreshing to take on a hike. Just pack in tightly sealed containers.
