San Dieguito Lunch Lady Peanut Butter Bar
These peanut butter bars are a tribute to my Granny, Edna “The Lunch Lady” Palmer.
She and her fellow Lunch Ladies created this recipe at San Dieguito High School. They were so popular that they wound up on the menu at all the elementary schools and Junior Highs in our town!
