  • 2 thick slices of warm toasted sourdough bread
  • 6 tbsp mascarpone cheese at room temperature
  • ¼ cup walnuts rough-chopped
  • ¼ cup microgreens
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinch pink peppercorns
  • 2 tsp honey


  • While the toasted bread is still warm, slather on the mascarpone cheese
  • Sprinkle on the walnuts, microgreens, salt, and pepper
  • Drizzle the honey over the top.
