Mascarpone Bruschetta
Inspired by our trip to Vick's restaurant in Martinez, California. This bruschetta is both sweet and savory.

Ingredients
- 2 thick slices of warm toasted sourdough bread
- 6 tbsp mascarpone cheese at room temperature
- ¼ cup walnuts rough-chopped
- ¼ cup microgreens
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 pinch pink peppercorns
- 2 tsp honey
Instructions
- While the toasted bread is still warm, slather on the mascarpone cheese
- Sprinkle on the walnuts, microgreens, salt, and pepper
- Drizzle the honey over the top.
