Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz macaroni pasta
  • ¼ cup sweet pickles finely diced
  • ¼ cup red onion finely diced
  • ¼ cup red bell pepper finely diced
  • 2 stalks celery finely diced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Cook macaroni in a pot of boiling water, about 6 minutes
  • Meanwhile, in a large serving bowl add the diced pickles, onion, bell pepper, and celery.
  • Add the salt and pepper
  • When the macaroni is done, drain and add to the serving bowl and stir
  • Add the vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar, and stir
  • Add the mayo and mix well
  • Adjust seasonings as needed
  • Refrigerate at least one hour before serving, but overnight is best
