Instructions
Cook macaroni in a pot of boiling water, about 6 minutes
Meanwhile, in a large serving bowl add the diced pickles, onion, bell pepper, and celery.
Add the salt and pepper
When the macaroni is done, drain and add to the serving bowl and stir
Add the vinegar, lemon juice, and sugar, and stir
Add the mayo and mix well
Adjust seasonings as needed
Refrigerate at least one hour before serving, but overnight is best
