Sugar Snap Pea Salad
Easy, no-cooking crowd pleaser for hot summer days.

Ingredients
- 3 cups Sugar snap peas stems removed
- ¾ cups Radishes cut into quarters
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3½ tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- ¼ tsp Sea salt
- ½ tsp Hot red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve.
Notes
This is a great, crunchy side dish to serve ate picnics and BBQs. It’s also very refreshing to take on a hike. Just pack in tightly sealed containers.
