rice wine vinegar
white vinegar will work too

clove of garlic
chopped
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a sauce pan
Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes
Notes
Pro Tip: You can get ginger in a tube in the produce department. It keeps forever in the fridge, unlike ginger root that goes bad very quickly.
LuLu used powdered garlic and ginger, so that works too.
