If you want regular brownies. use an 8 inch brownie pan and bake for 40 minutes. To make brownie bites, I used a Silpat tartlet pan on a cookie sheet. This makes it easy to pack them in a picnic basket.
If using an 8-inch brownie pan, spray with non-stick
Place place unsweetened chocolate and butter in a double boiler on low heat
Stir until melted and smooth
Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and stir in sugar, vanilla, orange, and salt
One at a time, whisk in eggs and mix until the chocolate mixture looks velvety smooth
Add flour and mix until blended
Pour into brownie or tartlet pan
Bake 15-20 minutes to make brownie bites or 40 minutes for regular brownies
Let cool

Get creative! Sprinkle with powdered sugar, crushed candy canes, or nuts. Try adding chocolate chunks, nuts, or marshmallows to the full brownie pan version.
