Fika With A Kick
Cold weather needs a nice hot cup of coffee.And this coffee is electric!This is a not-for-children recipe.

Ingredients
- 16 oz Hot coffee
- 2 oz Irish Whiskey
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 packets Instant coffee
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Boiling water
Instructions
- Pour hot coffee in a heat proof carafe
- Add Irish whiskey and brown sugar and stir
- Place instant coffee, sugar, and boiling water in a mixer with a whisk attachment
- Whisk on high until you get stiff peaks, about 3 minutes
- Divide coffee between 2 mugs and top with dollops of the whipped instant coffee mixture
- Serve
