Place all the ingredients in the food processor and pulse until the dough just comes together.
Pour out onto a floured cutting board and knead into a ball.
Roll the dough out with a rolling pin to about ¼ inch thick and cut the dough out with cookie cutters.
Place on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
